Our team is pleased to announce that we have resumed shipping and order fulfillment at Feather Friendly®. After careful consideration, we returned to headquarters on Monday, April 20 with a reduced staff. In order to protect and prioritize the health of our customers and staff, we will continue to abide by all government regulations, which we have been following since March 24, 2020.
While we expect to be caught up with your orders at this time, we anticipate some delays due to the size of our crew and the availability of our courier, Canada Post, which is experiencing delays as a result of the virus.
We extend our sincere gratitude to you for your support and understanding during this difficult time. Wishing everyone continued health and safety.

Dear Friends and Partners,
At Feather Friendly®, we are taking all of the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our staff, customers and business partners by following guidelines and best practices surrounding COVID-19 as laid out by the Government of Canada and World Health Organization (WHO).
To abide by the Ontario government’s recent legislation mandating closure of non-essential businesses, we will be halting all manufacturing and shipping of Feather Friendly® products starting 4:30pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 for the next 14 days.
We are still accepting orders and have implemented procedures to ensure a seamless transition to regular business functions once manufacturing and shipping processes are reinstated.
During this time, our staff will be working remotely, and will continue to answer all inquiries during our regular office hours: 9am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
We very much appreciate everyone’s understanding and support while the world deals with this issue.
